Killers of the Flower Moon is an upcoming American western crime drama film directed and produced by Martin Scorsese and written by Eric Roth, based on the 2017 non-fiction book of the same name by David Grann. Leonardo DiCaprio, who also serves as a producer, stars alongside Jesse Plemons, Lily Gladstone and Robert De Niro.


The film marks the sixth collaboration between Scorsese and DiCaprio as well as the tenth collaboration between Scorsese and De Niro.


Members of the Osage tribe in the United States were murdered under mysterious circumstances in the 1920s sparking a major FBI investigation involving J. Edgar Hoover.


The film is produced by Scorsese's Sikelia Productions and DiCaprio's Appian Way and distributed by Paramount Pictures and Apple TV+.
