KYT

KYT is an Indonesian motorcycle helmet brand that produces a variety of protective helmets for motorcyclists and professional racers. Under the KYT brand, this helmet manufacturer produces motorcycle helmets for various categories and purposes.

The brand was born as a "Racing Ideas Project" inspired by Eddie Tejakusuma, the founder who successfully created the PT TARA group from 1980 to today as one of the largest helmet manufacturers in the world. It is worn by Alex Espargaro of Aprilia Racing Team Gresini. This year, KYT also brought in Xavier Simeon and Simone Corsi from Moto2 and Andrea Locateli from Moto3.

PT TKI has a factory in the Lippo Cikarang industrial zone and employs approximately 750 people. The plant can produce more than 2 million helmets per year.
