Lacoste
Lacoste S.A. is a French company, founded in 1933 by tennis player René Lacoste, and entrepreneur André Gillier. It sells clothing, footwear, sportswear, eyewear, leather goods, perfume, towels, and watches. The company can be recognized by its green crocodile logo. René Lacoste, the company's founder, was nicknamed "the Crocodile" by fans because of his tenacity on the tennis court. In November 2012, Lacoste was bought outright by Swiss family-held group Maus Frères.
Lacoste, and its chic, sports-influenced style, is so much more than just its iconic polo shirts. Lacoste shoes are famous for their perforated details on the upper. They own a variety of designs, are extremely easy to coordinate, and especially the shoe shape when worn is very charming. Lacoste uses two main fabrics including canvas and leather for its body, combined with timeless minimalism, or delicately embellished cuts that immediately create an eye-catching design. The soft sole helps optimize movement in every step, providing great efficiency.
