Lake Mohawk Country Club
Lake Mohawk is a private lake community located in Sparta, New Jersey, only 50 miles west of New York City. It boasts spectacular mansions, a Swiss Alpine themed village square, and an idyllic promenade that leads to a Swiss chalet designed country club, beaches, and parks.
The Country Club, Boardwalk, and Beach are all strategically positioned on lushly landscaped grounds with stunning views of Lake Mohawk. The Beach, right off the Boardwalk and a few steps away from the Country Club, is ideal for a lakeside wedding celebration, with a stunning background and seductive sunsets. If you want, you can exchange vows on our boardwalk, which is decorated with rustic lanterns and seasonal flowers. Winter weddings are held in our enormous Grand Ballroom, which features Palladian windows overlooking the gorgeous Lake Mohawk. Lake Mohawk Country Club comfortably accommodates 225 guests and is located in Sussex County on the picturesque Lake Mohawk. Couples can hold their rehearsal dinner, engagement party, wedding, or reception in any of the venue's six event areas, which all enjoy wide views of the lake. The Private Beach, the Boardwalk, and the Grand Ballroom are among our most popular venues.
