Local Supply
Local Supply, founded in 2013 by Sean Satha and Nick Sclavos, flourishes in Sydney. These two friends, who shared a passion for exploration, design, and environmental awareness, set out to create inexpensive, durable, and adaptable eyewear that is both stylish and functional. They started with a simple design inspired by the classic wayfarer shape, but with a twist: they used lightweight polycarbonate frames that were flexible, comfortable, and resistant to breakage. They also used polarized lenses that offered 100% UV protection and reduced glare.
Over the years, Local Supply has expanded its range of products and designs, always staying true to its core values of sustainability, simplicity, and functionality. Embracing collaboration with visionaries from the realms of art, music, and influence, including the likes of Lara Worthington, Flume, and Ta-ku, they have birthed exclusive collections that embody personal style and visionary prowess.
Eyewear of styles and hues caters to all tastes and inclinations, from the timeless to the avant-garde, from the understated to the audacious. The ability to mix and match frames and lenses allows for the creation of a bespoke look, exclusively yours. Local Supply eyewear is the epitome of investing in ocular adornments that endure, shielding your precious orbs from treacherous UV rays, while elevating your aesthetic.
