Macau Tower
China, which has a history of thrilling adventures, can also claim the Macau Tower as one of the highest bungee jumping locations in the world. The tower, a 338-meter-high architectural monument, holds the record for the highest commercial skyjump in the world thanks to AJ Hackett, the inventor of modern bungee jumping, who performed a 233-meter-high tethered "skyjump" from the tower's outer ring. The Macau Tower, which is frequently the location for staged bungee jumping competitions, is famous for its elevated expectations because it was from this vantage point that Hackett and well-known artist Edison Chen broke two Guinness World Records.
Since Hackett broke his own Guinness World Record for "The Highest Bungee Jump from a Building", set in 1987 from the Eiffel Tower, the "jump" is all the more significant for him. The Macau Tower is now the uncontested leader in this adrenaline-pumping adventure sport. The Macau Tower's unique and exciting experience of a nighttime bungee leap during the summers makes it an even more lavish proposal to go bungee jumping in. This bungee jumping location is fantastic and unlike any other, offering stunning views of the Zhujiang River Estuary, the neighborhood of Taipa across the harbor, and of course, the numerous casinos that define Macau.
