Malacca - the "sleeping" city in the heart of Malaysia - is a famous ancient city in Malaysia, about 150km south of Kuala Lumpur. Malacca is also one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Malaysia which converges the beauty of many cultures, and is a harmonious combination of Eurasian architecture, giving visitors new experiences. This 600-year-old city was once a busy trading port of the world. Central Malaka is a square with a busy commercial district. Dutch square with houses and roof tiles of the same dark red color such as the famous "salmon meat" building, St. Paul, history museum, and art museum. Across the street located right near the town hall is Jonker Chinatown, which is considered the soul of Malacca with its own quiet and ancient features. Jonker Street is also a place to sell antiques. Recently, when more and more foreign tourists know, Jonker has become more and more crowded with many shops. Tourists from all over the world can easily buy many beautiful and small souvenirs and enjoy many delicious dishes in the neighborhood when walking around here.
