Capacity and Facilities
The Barn venue has over 8,000 square feet of space and is made of locally produced timber. The barn's tongue and groove ceilings are 30 feet high, with 30 wrought iron chandeliers strung with over 2,000 crystals for a touch of subtle beauty. The Barn features polished concrete flooring, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a two-piece bar with granite counters and a gold-plated sink, a certified commercial kitchen, a lit handicap accessible parking lot, and dressing rooms. The Barn is completely heated, air conditioned, and has AV equipment. The grounds include an arching footbridge that spans a tranquil pond, flower gardens, a beautiful birch garden, a solid wood arbor, and breathtaking mountain vistas. Ceremonies and receptions can be held either within the Barn or outside in any of the outdoor settings. At the most popular places and locations throughout the estate, McGuire's Millrace Farm can accommodate up to 225 guests.
