Starting her design career in 1997, Melanie focused her studies on Architectural Drafting and Technology before moving on to perfect her academic career with Interior Design at the Sydney International School of Color and Design, excelled among her peers to receive the Award of Excellence in 2000.

Melanie spent her founding years working for the likes of Reel Grobman in Silicon Valley, California, Response Design Group, Paul Kelly & Paynter Dixon in Australia. “ Supporting internationally renowned designer Thomas Hamel for 1 year was a real highlight for me. Reflecting on this time period, I feel this is where I really developed my desire to create warm, sophisticated spaces that my clients are happy to come home to every day. It's also the launch pad for the Design Bubble, a Sydney-based building that I'm passionate about building over the next eight years.”

Boasts a signature style that has evolved over the course of a decade; Conceptual lines, subtle details and luxurious textiles complement the love of bold colors and metallic finishes. “Understanding the customer is the most important part of the puzzle. Getting to know them, drawing their dreams and creating a result that exceeds their expectations is what I strive for. As a designer, I bring technical expertise to every stage of a project, but it's important to my clients that I can turn their home into a place they love. A lot of trust was involved, and I respect that.”
