It can be seen as one of the best Business Hotels in L.A. The Millennium Biltmore may be the closest thing to the fussy fancies of New York's Plaza or Waldorf Astoria in chronically laid-back L.A. The Biltmore, which was constructed in 1923, still exudes the Italian-Spanish renaissance beauty that once drew leaders like Winston Churchill and JFK. With magnificent rooms peeling off the exquisite foyer, the ground floor is remarkable. Since many of them are accessible for private hire, a ballroom with 30-foot hand-painted ceilings and crystal chandeliers might be a smart place to start if you're trying to wow a potential client. Even while there is a designated Club Lounge (available only to guests of Club-level rooms) that provides free breakfast, all-day refreshments, and computer workstations, it could be difficult to complete any work in the midst of such extravagance.

Off-screen, the decor is just as opulent: in the dizzying Rendezvous Court (referred to as a lobby in less upscale hospitality circles), you'll find vaulted ceilings, expertly manicured topiaries, and a gilded double staircase modelled after a Spanish Cathedral. After High Tea in the Court, spend some time relaxing in the dry or wet sauna or the Roman-style pool at the Biltmore. The rooms themselves come equipped with the typical modern conveniences, such as wifi, coffee makers, and smart TVs, but the suites at the Biltmore are the epitome of luxury: The two-floor, three-bedroom Presidential Suite has been used by nine different POS, and the Music Suite has a baby grand piano and dinner service for up to ten people.
