Milwaukee is a well-known brand that provides a diverse selection of equipment, including this Milwaukee 2407-22 product. There are some lovely details on the drill, such as the LED "fuel gauge" display on the body's side.

It will illuminate when the trigger is pressed, giving a continuous update of the battery's charge state. This is a step up from other rival drills, which have similar readouts on the batteries, but you have to push a button to trigger them. The controls are simple and intuitive to use. Even better, the small stature makes it very easy to maneuver.

A minor drawback, though, is that the Milwaukee 2407-22's battery had the smallest physical packaging out of all the items we evaluated. Due to its little size, we feel that it lacks sufficient power reserves - particularly when confronted with more difficult tasks. Also, it is quite difficult to keep the tool upright on its batteries when not being used, increasing the risk of accidental toppling.
