The Middle School curriculum for Years 7 and 8 is very unique. Using Key Stage 3's flexibility, a study program was designed that goes beyond traditional boundaries. Along with the basic curriculum, students will be exposed to a wide range of topics, including Mandarin and AI principles.

Minerva's Virtual Academy offers five key disciplines to Year 9 students. They are Math, English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Students can also choose up to FOUR more disciplines, including Art, Computer Science, French, Geography, History, and Spanish.

Pupils also explore a variety of other topics, resulting in a well-rounded educational experience. Every student is encouraged to pursue and foster their individual interests, whether in the arts, humanities, or languages.

As a GCSE student at Minerva's Virtual Academy, your days include live contact hours, such as personalized mentoring sessions and Live Lessons with top lecturers. You'll also have free time to participate in extracurricular activities such as School Clubs and take on creative projects. The Wellbeing Programme is unique in that it teaches stress reduction and resiliency strategies.

Every week, students attend an hour-long Wellbeing Programme session on Google Meet, which fits neatly into the MVA schedule with Live Lessons and self-study. The initiative is part of a larger "whole-school" approach to educating and supporting health and wellbeing, intending to impact students' personal and academic success positively.
