Chico's Bar, located in the center of the village, is the center of Montezuma's nightlife. Here, you can dance all night long to techno or Latin beats.

- Beaches are not the best for swimming since the current can be strong. But the beaches have lots of tidepools you can sit and bathe in.

By bus
- There is a direct bus from San Jose to Montezuma every day at 6 AM and 2 PM. This bus takes nearly 6 hours and uses the Puntarenas ferry. The bus ticket costs around 7000 colones including the ferry ticket.
