Mussule Island

Located in the southern suburbs of Luanda, Mussule Island has a 30 km stretch of sand. The seawater here is quite warm compared to other parts of Angola and especially there are no waves. Away from the noise of Luanda, here you will be able to relax under the shade of the palm trees on the beach on the beautiful Mussule Island, watching the sunshine down on the sparkling or buried sea surface in the fine sand.

The peninsula forms the Gulf of Mussulo with three islands in it. In particular, on this beautiful island, is a Luandan favorite Mussulo beach with huts and restaurants on the bay beach facing the mainland. The beach outside of the Atlantic Ocean is barely visited because of the strong currents and high waves. A favorite destination for tourists, this island has always been one of the most beautiful islands in Angola.
