Egypt's richest man controls 30% of OCI, a fertilizer company situated in Geleen, Netherlands, which was founded after a demerger from his family's original firm, Orascom Construction. His other holdings include a 6% investment in Adidas and a stake in LafargeHolcim, the world's largest cement firm.
