Maemara is the greatest homeware product of this business and was created with an aim to divert ocean and landfill-bound plastic and transform a hazardous waste product into lovely scatter pillows. Maemara collects abandoned plastic bottles, which are broken up and turned into flakes to produce 100% recycled yarn. This yarn is then woven into the textiles used to create their cool homeware goods. Six hand-drawn, unique designs inspired by the wonders of the oceans and earth have been created with a little ingenuity and a lot of love. 45cm x 45cm Maemara pillows are created entirely of recycled fabric and stuffing.
