Natural cough-suppressant and alopecia areata
Thyme has long been used as a home treatment for coughs, respiratory problems, and bronchitis. It has been utilized in alternative medicine such as tea and aromatherapy. Although research has revealed some evidence for its usage, additional research is needed before its efficacy can be confirmed. A small research published in 2013 discovered that using a thymol nasal spray helped participants lessen the severity and amount of coughs, as well as the impulse to cough.
Thyme oil combined with other essential oils and a carrier oil, together with massage, can be used to cure hair loss. There is currently little proof that thyme oil is useful for this ailment, while anecdotal research suggests that a mixture of essential oils that contains thyme oil may be an effective therapy.
