NEXTDC

NextDC is a provider of data centers based in Australia. The corporation runs eleven data centers across Australia as of July 2020, including locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Canberra. In 2010, Bevan Slattery established NextDC.

Deloitte recognized NextDC as Australia’s fastest growing technology firm in 2015. It debuted on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2016, and trading began the following year. NextDC launched P2, a second data center in Perth, in July 2020. NextDC invested around $17 million in AUCloud in November 2021, earning a 19.99% ownership stake.

NextDC stated in February 2022 that it will be investing over $100 million to construct a data center on Pirie Street in Adelaide. NEXTDC is worth $3.68 billion as of April of 2023. Based on its current market capitalization, NEXTDC is the 2839th most valuable company in the world. The most recent financial filings for NEXTDC show a TTM revenue of $0.20 B.
