Nguyen‘s Pho House

Since it opened, Pho fangirls and fanboys have descended on Nguyen’s Pho House like a trusted place to enjoy the true taste of pho. It's become so popular that it had to expand in 2018, acquiring the adjacent store. Nguyen's specializes in pho, the now-ubiquitous noodle soup, and they do it well. Beef and chicken pho are available, as well as a vegetarian alternative with tofu, mushrooms, carrots, and daikon. The broth has the flavorful depth you'd expect from a pho because it's cooked properly (that is, it's been left to boil for hours).

Their weekday lunch menu, priced at 8.90 €, is a decent value for the quantity (and flavor factor), and their major courses, other than pho, are prepared traditionally and well. Vegetarian alternatives abound, and they're excellent enough to stand up to any of the animal items on the menu.
