Odzala National Park

Odzala National Park is a national park in the Republic of Congo that has been a protected area since 1935. After being designated as a biosphere reserve in 1977, it was elevated to the rank of national park in 2001, and it is currently home to over 100 animal and primate species. The park covers around 13.500 square kilometers and is mostly made up of rainforest spread out over hills and glades, with some savanna thrown in for good measure.

The park is breathtakingly gorgeous, with deep rainforest teeming with plant diversity, mammals, colorful insects, butterflies, and unusual birds. For the fortunate few who can afford it, there is a luxury camp in the heart of the camp, and you may go gorilla tracking in Odzala. It is also feasible to join the camp from the south and stay in midrange lodging as a less expensive option to the existing luxury camp.
