The company was founded in 1999 by the Klaba family and is headquartered in Roubaix, France. OVH was incorporated as a simplified joint stock company under French law. In 2019, OVH used OVHcloud as its public brand name. In 1999, OVHcloud was launched with a single mission: to provide a full range of innovative bare metal and cloud solutions with a European approach. Since then, the company has provided world-class infrastructure to more than one million customers worldwide.
