In Cardiff's city center sits the historic Grade II listed tavern known as The Golden Cross. This 1903-built Welsh landmark is still a favorite among the young and young at heart. The Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival is held in Wales every October. The festival hands out many awards for great films dedicated to the LGBT+ community.
