In the world of Perfect Half, a woman named Aria led a successful revolution for women's freedom, establishing them as equals to men. However, the division between men and women remained, leading to periodic conflicts for mating and power. The story begins with a male platoon on a mission that goes wrong, resulting in their defeat and two soldiers being captured. These soldiers are then coerced into sexual encounters.

The main character, Hae Rang, is paired with a young lady who is seemingly innocent but knowledgeable. Hae Rang's comrade is engaged in a sexual encounter with a blonde woman. Hae Rang's companion, Miro Danbi, tries to initiate a similar situation with him, but he is unable to perform due to shock. However, when she flashes him, it arouses him.

Later, Hae Rang receives a necklace that serves as a key to meeting Arah Yoonseul, the leader of the group that kidnapped them, for copulation in a designated area. If both parties agree, they can have immediate sexual relations after engaging in combat, with the loser following the winner's commands. The men usually do not impregnate the women they defeat, possibly out of fear of increasing their ranks.

However, the women always take the seed of the men they defeat, though they are often unsatisfied. This dynamic has resulted in a lower birth rate, primarily attributed to the decreasing fertility of men. Hae Rang, however, is different from other men. He is skilled in bed, gentle, and satisfies the women he defeats. He is considered the ideal lover and potentially the most fertile. The main plot revolves around Yoonseul and Hae Rang's relationship, with a subplot involving the King of the Wolves and the Queen of the Foxes manipulating their subordinates. Yoonseul aims to replace them and unite the warring factions.
