Peter D. Anderson
Peter Anderson works in the firm's Litigation Department as a director. His work focuses mostly on criminal law, including the defense of financial crimes. Peter also assists McLane Middleton's Tax Department with civil and criminal tax disputes. He also has a varied civil practice and serves as the Chair of the Family Law Practice Group. He served as a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. before joining McLane Middleton. He is a member of the New Hampshire Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Peter graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in 1980 and a J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 1985.
