Pho Street

Pho Street is dedicated to serving wonderful and genuine Vietnamese cuisine, including Pho (beef/chicken noodle soup), Bun (vermicelli), and Com Tam. These dishes were sold on Nam Dinh's streets (Vietnam). At night, you'll see folks carrying their cooking supplies on their shoulders with a shoulder pole that has a little larder on one side with bowls, chopsticks, seasonings, noodles, beef, and a small coal fire on the other side with boiled beef broth. It's difficult to resist a bowl of warm, substantial, and excellent pho here on Nam Dinh's streetside, especially with the fragrant aroma.
