Photowatt
Photowatt is a French manufacturer of photovoltaic panels since 1979 and a subsidiary of the EDF group. Photowatt has always been a leader in low carbon emissions and has been a pioneer in the solar industry for over 40 years.
The company is now part of EDF ENR PWT, a subsidiary of the EDF Renouvelables group. The EDF Group owns 38.9 million customer locations around the world, employs more than 160,000 employees, and generates 71 billion euros in revenue.
Photowatt is currently undertaking a new installation project by increasing industrial capacity to 400 MW to produce high-quality low-carbon solar panels and ingots. Photowatt also sold the equivalent of a total installed capacity of 600 MWp, or more than 4 million photovoltaic modules.
