Pride International School Myanmar
Pride International School Myanmar, established in Yangon in 2001-2002, has expanded across three campuses: the Early Years Foundation Stage, Primary and Secondary in both Yangon and another Mandalay. The school year spans approximately 184 teaching days, commencing from August until June, with a maximum class size of 24 students.
Starting in 2014, Pride International School Myanmar synchronized its curriculum with the UK National Curriculum. By October 2015, it had secured official status as a registered Cambridge International School and Examinations Center in both Yangon and Mandalay. Furthermore, the primary school in Yangon achieved official recognition as a Cambridge primary school.
In Key Stage 3, the secondary schools offer subjects like science, English, math, geography, history, ICT, PE, art,... For Key Stage 4, students can study English as a Second Language, physics, chemistry, biology, math, ICT, accounting, business, design, history, etc. through Cambridge IGCSEs. The school aims to introduce more subjects for students to choose from in the future.
