The following subject is How to Determine Project Budget, which covers topics such as establishing a cost baseline, estimating financing requirements, and establishing a project budget. The last subject is How to Control Project Costs by Assessing Project Performance Using Earned Value Management Techniques, Using Earned Value Management Tools to forecast project costs.
