Recruitment and Employment Confederation

The REC is an organization and network dedicated to ensuring good recruitment and employment practices, and they offer a variety of online and in-person recruitment training courses. From the fundamentals of recruitment laws to a course on how to start your own recruitment agency, their training is highly regarded and backed up by years of experience in the recruitment industry. Throughout the year, they provide a variety of training courses for recruiters across the UK. On request, all of their training can be delivered in-house and tailored to the needs of your organization.

The REC recognises that the recruitment industry sits at the heart of workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). They are proud to work together with their staff and members towards an inclusive job market where everyone is safe and empowered to be truly themselves. Some of the REC's courses are available as in-house workshops, while others are live online courses that you sign up for and complete in real time. If you want to continue learning with them, they also provide free membership to their recruitment network, which gives you access to many hours of online content, guides, and articles.
