Rosetta Stone is one of the biggest names in the field of language learning. They support two dozen languages and yes, one of them is Russian. This section focuses on basic vocabulary and conversational Russian. It builds on that foundation and continues from there. It's a pretty effective method, even if it's a bit more traditional than a method like Memrise or Drops. The app also includes offline support, a speech recognition system, and plenty of hands-on lessons. This is probably the most expensive app on this list. However, it's really only for serious learners.
