Ryan LO
Ryan LO is a womenswear designer with over 10 years of experience working in the luxury fashion industry, who had been running his eponymous London-based fashion label! LO has been synonymous with his strong emphasis on storytelling ~ girlish fantasy and modern romance.
Born in Hong Kong, Ryan LO graduated from London College of Fashion in 2011 and had previously assisted ANDAM winner French designer Charles Anastase! Her work notion of prettiness has caught the eye of talent scout Lulu Kennedy MBE 'Fashion’s Fairy Godmother’ who put LO in her FASHION EAST London Fashion Week line-up for 3 seasons in 2012.
Since then, the independent label was awarded the British Fashion Council's NEWGEN for 6 consecutive seasons and had been a fixture in London Fashion Week. She was also shortlisted for the prestigious LVMH Prize in 2015!
The label had counted Net-a-Porter, Dover Street Market, and Moda Operandi among its international stockists. By 2019, Ryan LO’s feminine designs had been worn by Hollywood young actresses such as Elle Fanning, Lily James, Lucy Boyton and Masie Williams to name a few!
As a Vogue Runway regular, Ryan LO has collaborated with both the new wave and the most established creatives in the industry. His work has also been featured in The New York Times, Dazed & Confused, i-D, LOVE, VOGUE and many more. Past collaborations include Google Pixel, Sanrio Hello Kitty and milliner Stephen Jones & Noel Stewart!
