Santoku is the best Japanese restaurant in Ghana With its sophisticated restaurant, bar, and patio, Santoku adds a bit of Tokyo to Accra. This beautifully decorated location stands on the ground floor of the iconic Villagio tower and is widely recognized for its elegance and excellent standards – which is to be expected from the team who established the internationally famous Nobu restaurants.

The venue exudes luxury, with minimalist decor in the restaurant including polished concrete floors and brass lighting, and linen furniture and rich green flora on the terrace. When it comes to cuisine, the customers have the option of sticking to classics like sushi, sashimi, and gyoza, or going all-out with a tasting menu.

An outside beverages terrace is ideal for before and after the meal, and a smaller but nonetheless superb tasting menu is available every day for lunch for those who are overwhelmed by the dinner selections.
