Shan cuisine is as diverse as its people, culture, and location, which we appreciate; so, the restaurant was appropriately called "SHAN YOE YAR" (Shan Tradition). Shan YoeYar's mission is to deliver the most authentic foods from all throughout Shan State. The availability of a diverse choice of regional cuisine makes eating with us a more intriguing experience.

Shan Yoe Yar ensures that only fresh products are used. The core of the restaurant's menu is a fresh supply of vegetables brought in straight from Shan State, as well as the fact that the restaurant never stores meat items for an extended length of time.
