Sips Coffee Roasters

Sips Coffee Roasters is situated on one of Allapattah's busiest corners. This luminous, airy, and Instagrammable cafe was established by Gail Azodo, a co-founder of Lemon City Tea, and is well-known for its nutty and chocolate-flavored blends. Although this black-owned company roasts its own specialty coffee, it imports its beans from Latin and Central America. In this beautiful cafe, patrons may enjoy traditional coffee drinks like cappuccinos and lattes or buy bags of beans and half-gallon kinds to take home.

If you are hungry, check out the menu, which includes vegan options, all-day breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. Enjoy a tasty apple turnover, danish, or sticky bun. Choose a Biggi sandwich, CHIX sandwich, or Veggie sandwich if you're looking for something heartier.

Sips Coffee Roasters is owned by Uche and Gail Azodo. Uche's love of coffee began as practical interest and subsequently developed into a passion for the bean and all of its flavors. Gail has worked as a brand marketer for more than 10 years, five of those in the hospitality industry. She manages all aspects of Sips Coffee Roasters' daily operations, including the company's flagship brand, CoffeeDrop.
