The Some By Mi Retinol Intense Reactivating Serum is a mild retinol serum that contains several retinoids to improve skin texture and tone, increase skin elasticity, and lessen the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

To be useful, retinol needs to be transformed into retinaldehyde and subsequently retinoic acid. The intermediary phase of this conversion, retinal (retinaldehyde), is a more powerful form of retinol than either retinol or bakuchiol. An antioxidant-rich plant extract called bakuchiol has been demonstrated to provide many of the same anti-aging advantages of retinol without the sting.

The active components in this gentle Korean serum for sensitive skin are delivered into the deep skin layer using the unique Elastic-Liposome technology.
