Sơn Pacamara Specialty Coffee
Son Pacamara, one of Vietnam's pioneering firms in the specialty coffee market, plants and manually makes speciality coffee beans that score more than 80 points on the SCA scale. Growing, preparatory processing, and roasting are all excellent and highly professional processes.
Son Pacamara's building is designed to look like a coffee roasting mill and has a strong "from farm to cup" spirit. Son's Brew bar allows you to brew your own coffee from six different types of beans and four different ways to prepare it at the counter.
Son Pacamara has its own farm, Son Pacamara Farm, located in Da Lat at an elevation of 1500m, with about 18000 uncommon and high-quality Arabica coffees such as Bourbon, Typica, and Pacamara.
Only approximately 30kg of coffee beans are picked every day, compared to an average of 300kg at other Da Lat farms, yet that is always the best 30kg per day on a 4-hectare farm.
