Sony Alpha 1

The Sony Alpha 1 represents the finest qualities of a typical Sony product. It is a technical achievement - an all-in-one camera. Normally, a standard camera offers either speed, resolution, or video capabilities. The Sony Alpha 1 delivers all three of them, and even outperforms specialized sports and video cameras.

This camera is indeed amazing; however, we never mean it has no flaws. For once, the cost is - and will continue to be - a significant impediment. Also, this camera is only attractive to shooters who need to use all of its accessories (instead of just one or two features).

We can say that Sony has, ironically, killed off some of its other camera lines with this Sony Alpha 1. While the Sony A9 Mark II is an exceptional sports camera, it is now surpassed by the A1. Also, the Sony Mark III's superb 4K video features pale in comparison to the Alpha 1's 8K recording quality.
