Sorbetto Ice-cream
Heinz Entzeroth started selling ice cream with his Velo in Zurich in the mid-1980s. By coincidence, he was able to purchase his first tiny ice cream machine. He began experimenting with himself, initially in the kitchen where he was working at the time. Demand quickly grew, and Heinz Entzeroth transferred the manufacturing site to Neptunstrasse 49, where ice creams and sorbets have been created ever since.
The most unique ice cream flavor is black sesame ice cream with wasabi, but you can also choose other Asian-inspired tastes like Japanese green tea ice cream or exotic ice cream flavors like lychee, rose, or fig! Although the location is a bit off-center, if you want to experience local life and adore a good old vintage summertime design that will make you grin even on a dreary day - the brand's characteristic yellow and white stripes are virtually everywhere! - you should absolutely come.
