Source Code
"Source Code" centers around Captain Colter Stevens (played by Jake Gyllenhaal), a military helicopter pilot who wakes up to find himself in the body of another man. Confused and disoriented, Colter discovers that he is part of a top-secret experimental program called the "Source Code," which allows him to inhabit the consciousness of another person during the last eight minutes of their life.
Colter's mission is to uncover the identity of a terrorist who planted a bomb on a commuter train, causing its destruction and the loss of countless lives. With each repetition of the time loop, Colter must gather clues and piece together the puzzle of the bombing. He is assisted by a military officer named Goodwin (played by Vera Farmiga) and a scientist named Dr. Rutledge (played by Jeffrey Wright), who developed the Source Code technology.
