South Loop Animal Hospital
Dr. Maria Manrique, a native of Illinois, co-founded South Loop Animal Hospital. She earned a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois and an MS in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior from Indiana University. In 2004, she obtained her DVM from Purdue University’s School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, she practiced at a 24-hour emergency animal hospital in Miami before returning to Chicago. With Dr. Dan Sanchez, she opened South Loop Animal Hospital (SLAH).
SLAH is a modern, high-tech, and AAHA-accredited animal hospital, providing excellent care for pets in the urban jungle. The team consists of highly-trained veterinarians and compassionate staff dedicated to offering high-quality services.
