Soy Soi offers a diverse selection of Pan Asian cuisines. Its extensive menu spans the whole Southeast Asian region, including Burmese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Singaporean, Japanese, and Malaysian cuisines. The factual sections of the menu, which reveal a few previously unknown facts about Pan Asian food, make for an interesting read. They even teach you about sushi, including how to define it and how to eat it, which is something that few Pan Asian restaurants do. Sushi or Laotian crispy rice salad, chicken potstickers, sate babi plecing, black pepper beef bao, Thai chili glazed baby back ribs, edamame balado, and tempura shrimp are three ways for the first dish. Alcohol is not served at the restaurant. Better to choose one of their Asian-inspired coolers or a cup of Hong Kong tea. The costs are reasonable.
