Sukuna vs Mahoraga
The battle between Sukuna and Mahoraga is a pivotal event in the manga series Jujutsu Kaisen, specifically during the Shibuya Incident Arc. Sukuna, also known as Ryomen Sukuna, is a legendary curse and a special grade incarnated sorcerer. He was forced to intervene in an exorcism ritual to save Megumi Fushiguro’s life, as he had plans for Megumi’s future.
Megumi, who was severely injured, summoned Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga, the most uncontrollable shikigami of the Ten Shadows Technique. This technique allows the user to control ten different shikigami, each with its own unique abilities. Mahoraga is the most powerful among them, and it’s known for its adaptability and resilience.
Sukuna, in response to this threat, opened his Domain, known as Malevolent Shrine. He adjusted it to turn the city into dust while also defeating Mahoraga and saving Megumi. The relentless slashes of Dismantle and Cleave kept Mahoraga busy in adapting to Sukuna’s slash techniques while severely injuring the beast. However, that was not enough to take the Shikigami down.
In the end, Sukuna emerged victorious. This battle is considered one of the most intense fights in the series.
