The Swedish Companies Registration Office registered the amendments to the company's articles of incorporation in the afternoon, prompting the name change. On the same day, FöreningsSparbanken Jordbrukskredit AB became Swedbank Jordbrukskredit AB, and AB Spintab became Swedbank Hypotek AB ("Swedbank Mortgage AB") ("Swedbank Agricultural Credit AB"). Subsidiaries of other companies will also undergo rebranding in the future.
