The popular manhwa (webtoon) "Sweet Home" was created by Hwang Youngchan and Kim Carnby. That is one of the best manhwa (webtoons) with dark romance of all time. In the television show, Cha Hyun-soo, a high school student, is confined in his apartment building while horrible beasts take over the world outside. In the movie "Sweet Home," a mysterious phenomenon causes individuals to change into grotesque monsters that represent their innermost wants and fears. Along with the threat posed by the monsters, the survivors must contend with internal tensions and struggles as they attempt to survive in their secluded building.

The manhwa examines the characters' moral conundrums as well as themes of survival, terror, and loss. The evil side of mankind is explored, as is the extent to which individuals would go to defend their loved ones or themselves. The series presents a compelling narrative with dramatic action scenes, suspenseful scenes, and psychological depth.
