When dining at the Taj Palau, you have the option of dining indoors or, if you prefer, sitting at a table on our outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the fantastic food and excellent service in a less formal setting.

Standard well drinks and cocktails, as well as specialty drinks, beer, and wine, are available at the full-service bar. They have Indian brands as well as Palau's locally brewed Red Rooster on tap, in addition to the regular beer choices. Wines from California, Australia, and New Zealand are featured on our wine list. They also have a house wine on hand. Non-drinkers will find virgin cocktails, traditional yogurt-based drinks (lassis), and freshly brewed cappachinos and espresses among the non-alcoholic beverages available.
