Tantanoola Cave
Tantanoola Cave, tucked within a cliff face, is one of the greatest in South Australia. The cave's walls and ceilings are covered in pink and brown speleothems, which include fossilised shells, stones, and seal bones that are supposed to have developed when the ocean receded many years ago.
Your host will offer you an in-depth look at the cave's history and geology before allowing you to walk the chambers at your leisure, which is wheelchair accessible. To complete the speccy experience, take a walk along the cliff top walking track.
Location: East of Tantanoola
