Tecnicas Reunidas, S.A. is a general contractor in Spain providing the design, supply and construction of industrial and energy companies, especially in the oil and gas sector. Since April 2008, the company has been part of the Spanish large-cap IBEX 35.

TRSA is the principal holding company of a group of companies, capable of providing a wide range of integrated services for turnkey projects around the world. Since 1959, the TRSA Group has designed and built more than 1000 industrial plants worldwide. International projects account for 70% of the company's annual sales, primarily in Latin America and China. The company is also becoming more active in the Middle East and won a $1.2 billion contract in January 2009 to develop two onshore oil fields in the UAE for ADNOC's subsidiary.
