TED-Ed Clubs

TED-Ed Clubs are like special groups where students can share and explore their ideas in short talks, like the ones you see on TED. These clubs happen in schools or other places where students learn, and teachers or leaders guide them in creating their talks. The idea is for students to choose topics they care about and learn how to talk about them in a way that's interesting to others.

If you're a student in a TED-Ed Club, you'll get help from your teacher or leader and also use a plan provided by TED-Ed. This plan helps you figure out how to make your talk, covering what to talk about, how to write your speech, and how to present it. TED-Ed Clubs want to help students with speaking in public, thinking critically, being creative, and working with others.

One cool thing about TED-Ed Clubs is that they're local and worldwide. So, while you're working on your talk, you might connect with students from different places doing the same thing. And if your address is perfect, it might even be featured on the official TED-Ed website, letting you share your ideas with people everywhere. If you're a teacher interested in starting a TED-Ed Club, you can find everything you need on the TED-Ed website to make it a fun and exciting experience for your students.
