The Beach Bar offers a simple bistro menu, similar to what you'd find at home, but with a focus on local ingredients. Every day, they go to the local markets for fresh fruit and vegetables so that they can make the most of Vanuatu's unique ingredients.

Sponge coconuts (mature coconuts with a sponge-like texture, locally known as navara or Vanuatu ice cream), kumala (sweet potato), local nuts such as natapoa and nangai, and the extremely nutritious island spinach are just a few examples. Deep-sea fresh fish caught by local fishermen is available. In addition, their thin-crust wood-fired pizzas are topped with a mix of mozzarella and colby cheese.
