David L. Hudson, Jr., J.D. is an Assistant Professor of Law at Belmont University's College of Law, where he teaches First Amendment Law and Bar Exam Workshop. He worked as an attorney and scholar at the First Amendment Center in Nashville, Tennessee, for 17 years. Hudson has previously served as a senior law clerk for the Tennessee Supreme Court and has taught lectures at Vanderbilt Law School and the Nashville School of Law.
